BIG Don Wisdom...
This morning I had to take my mini van to Don's shop. My driver's door would not close.
I wasn't sure if I would be able to have him look at it today...
you see...
Don's shop IS always busy..
So busy that as I walked into his business...
there were 4 people right behind me!
His mechanics were already at work, and there were at least 10 vehicles in waiting.
ya think he would get to me today???
As I explained to Don what the problem was...
he immediately went out to MY car....
Sprayed some lubricant in the door mechanicism...
and ... it was fixed!
Amazing... SIMPLE...
Now I know your thinking...
'Julie, that was such an EASY PEASY fix...
that's WHY he took care of you right away"..
Yes, true but....
Two week ago, my brake lights were stuck on...
and I went to Don....
his shop was HUMMING with work...
and THAT was another EASY PEASY fix...
(the clip that holds that sensor thingy for your brakes was broke)
And Don did not charge me for fixing the clip...
So today, AGAIN Don did not charge me...
I told him I wanted to PAY him... he had helped me two weeks before...
He would NOT take my money.
Now, Lesson Up...
This is the SECRET to Don's success...
Why he is sooo busy...
In an economy that is screaming LACK
ready....
Don's secret is...
"In order to get more GET value,
all you have to do is give more GIVE value."
You know I WILL always bring my car to HIS shop....
You know I WILL always recommend him to my friends...
to anyone who needs an HONEST mechanic!
and...
ALL his customers do the same!
(wonder how many times THEY brought their cars in for EASY PEASY...)
